Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

We require an order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return. We may refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above or are requested after the 7-day return window.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Exchanges

We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
